You’re immediately greeted by warmth and tons of natural light when you step into the Loma Linda. There are two comfortable entry rooms on either side, and a spectacular view of the great room and its 20′ trey ceilings.
The Loma Linda boasts a grand family room with 20-foot custom coffered ceilings, an intricate grand rail and staircase, and a customized shiplap wall.

Spending time in the kitchen has never been more gratifying. It features a giant island, custom espresso cabinets, and high-end appliances—including a spacious Sub-Zero refrigerator. It’s a natural gathering space that everyone flocks to.
The formal dining room right off of the kitchen is incredibly spacious and flooded with natural light from the large window that overlooks the front yard. It features elegant wood wall paneling, as well as a convenient desk area with tons of custom cabinet space.

We were proud to participate in the Parade of Homes’ Make-a-Wish Foundation room project, and the nautical theme for the room was inspired by a child who was visited and loved the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas.
The upstairs also has an incredible library/crafts room, complete with a hidden bookshelf entrance to a secret sitting room!
