JAW-DROPPING FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN
You’re immediately greeted by warmth and tons of natural light when you step into the Loma Linda. There are two comfortable entry rooms on either side, and a spectacular view of the great room and its 20′ trey ceilings.
The Loma Linda boasts a grand family room with 20-foot custom coffered ceilings, an intricate grand rail and staircase, and a customized shiplap wall.
AN IN-HOME OASIS FOR THE DISCERNING CHEF
Spending time in the kitchen has never been more gratifying. It features a giant island, custom espresso cabinets, and high-end appliances—including a spacious Sub-Zero refrigerator. It’s a natural gathering space that everyone flocks to.
The formal dining room right off of the kitchen is incredibly spacious and flooded with natural light from the large window that overlooks the front yard. It features elegant wood wall paneling, as well as a convenient desk area with tons of custom cabinet space.
The office, right off the great room, is central enough to not miss out on what’s going on, but secluded enough to be able to focus on the task at hand—and did we mention the ample custom cabinet space?
RETREAT TO THE GLORY OF THE MASTER SUITE
The Owners Retreat features a sitting area with a home theatre, a generous Master Bath with a steam shower and corner tub, heated floors, and an ample walk-in closet. Did you spot the 65″ TV that drops down from the ceiling? Just awesome…

The detail is everywhere. The ½ bath and mudroom that greet you when you enter from the garage are elegant and functional.
FORM MEETS FUNCTIONALITY ON THE UPPER LEVEL
The layout of the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms is innovative and exquisitely crafted. The large bedrooms and jack-and-jill bathrooms fit perfectly with the overall design and push the boundaries of space productivity.
The Make-a-Wish Room
We were proud to participate in the Parade of Homes’ Make-a-Wish Foundation room project, and the nautical theme for the room was inspired by a child who was visited and loved the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas.
The upstairs also has an incredible library/crafts room, complete with a hidden bookshelf entrance to a secret sitting room!
YOUR OWN BACKYARD OASIS
Step outside onto the expansive patio and look over the beautifully landscaped yard. Congregate around the fire pit and the below-ground trampoline.
The lower level features room to play, with two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a gym, and an amazing home theatre.
IN CONCLUSION…
This innovative, gorgeous home incorporates a state-of-the-art home automation system, as well as other smart features, into its design. It is simply ahead of its time. Like all homes built by Elevation Homes, every detail, from the fully automated shades to the sensor lighted stairwells, gives this home its own unique character. We’ve all heard that technology is all around us, but nothing gives meaning to that phrase like the Loma Linda.
